Boys Leave For Colorado

Four of my five boys left last week for Colorado last week. That's all I can say right now about that. Here's a few pictures of my last hour with them before they started their trek West.

Boys Farewell

It is never easy... The boys left Friday May 23rd for Monte Vista, Colorado.

Horses

Well here's the rest of the story... at least as it stands today. My whole life I wanted to ride and raise and be around horses. It's great when you get an opportunity to live your dream. I have loved the horses I had the privilege to be around but nothing like the one I actually made from scratch so to speak. Later I'll add pictures of the horses in my life. Definitely they have taught me a lot about unconditional love, trust, balance, and relationship. Truly "To abandon oneself in the dance with a horse is to touch the Infinite".

Let's Get Started

Hi I'm Mary Probert,

My children and grand children, my whole family for that matter, are so busy these days that they don't have time to call or visit so I keep up on their doings by checking their blog. I guess I can learn to blog also.
It's not like riding a new horse, I don't suppose you can get thrown off or hurt. Just do it badly and no one will read what you have to say.

I'm really creating this for my grandson Cameron.
I sold four of my twelve horses this past week, and one of them was his.
His mom told me he cried and cried when she told him. I haven't been able to talk to him yet as I haven't been able to stop crying myself.

Woops got to run Mr Worley just called and he's stuck in the mud. I'll have to unhook the horse trailer and go pull him out. Later...
